Sérye Café Filipino (Filipino Cuisine) at 50% off

Sérye's culinary roots date back to the 1930s when Engracia Cruz Reyes, the Reyes family matriarch, began making diners happy by opening a store that can be considered the first Filipino restaurant. The name "Sérye" is actually a play on the letters of the family name, R-E-Y-E-S. It also is meant to denote what Sérye endeavors to do which is to carry on the family's culinary tradition.

The waiters serve food equipped with distinct pinoy hospitality and the place has the comfort of a classic café, with a taste that packs a punch as good as a restaurant. Begin with a bowl of Pancit Molo Soup (P180) or Special Lomi (P185) to warm the belly during the rainy season. Seafood fanatics will love their special menu that consists of Crispy Tilapia (P295), Camaron Rebosado (P295) which is a breaded shrimp dish, and Pescado Rebosado (P220) which is its fish fillet brother. Those with meatier fantasies can take on their special Humba which is the Visayan version of the classic Pinoy stew, adobo; or Binagoongan (P265), lechon kawali stir-fried with shrimp paste and served with sautéed veggies and end your meal with a refreshing Guinumis (P125), which is a gulaman and sago with in crushed iced sweetened panucha syrup, drizzled with coconut cream and topped with pinipig.
